Adamax
A modified Semax sold only as a ready-made nasal spray. Evidence is borrowed from Semax.
Overview
Adamax is a designer version of Semax with caps on the ends of the chain, meant to make it last longer and reach the brain more easily. There are no published studies on Adamax itself. Any claims are extrapolated from Semax research and user reports. Descriptions of its exact structure vary between sellers.
How it works
Assumed to work like Semax: raising BDNF and modulating dopamine and serotonin signaling. Whether the modifications change potency or duration has not been tested.
Evidence
1/5
No published research on Adamax. Effects are inferred from Semax, which has small Russian clinical studies.
Half-life
Unknown; marketed as longer-acting than Semax, unproven
Known as
Adamax Research Mist, N-acetyl Semax analog

The vial outlasts its ~30-day shelf life once mixed. A smaller vial wastes less.
Math only: concentration (mg/mL) = vial mg ÷ mL of water; units = dose (mg) ÷ concentration × 100. Always double-check against your own vial label and a clinician. This tool does not recommend a dose.
Reconstitution
Diluent: None — ready-made nasal spray
- Nothing to mix. The peptide is already dissolved in the bottle.
- Prime a new pump before first use: point it away from you and press 3–5 times until a fine, even mist comes out.
- Re-prime with 1–2 presses if it has not been used for a few days.
- The label states the total mg and the bottle volume (mL). Use those to work out mg per mL and mcg per spray.
- Clear the nose first. Tilt the head slightly forward, spray, and sniff gently — a hard sniff sends it down the throat.
Storage
Powder
Freezer / fridge
Not applicable — ships as a ready-made liquid. Keep unopened bottles in the fridge (2–8 °C).
After mixing
~30 days
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Never freeze after mixing. Keep upright, capped, and out of light.
Travel
Keep cool
Short trips at room temperature are generally fine for powder; keep mixed vials cold.
- Use by the date on the label. If there is none, about 30 days after first use is a common rule of thumb.
- Wipe the nozzle after use and keep the cap on.

FAQ
How much is in one spray?
Most nasal pumps deliver about 0.1 mL per press. So mcg per spray = (bottle mg ÷ bottle mL) × 100. Example: 15 mg in a 10 mL bottle = 1.5 mg/mL = 150 mcg per spray. The bottle volume is not published here — check it on your label and do the math before dosing.
Is it better than Semax?
Unknown. It is marketed as longer-lasting, but no study has compared them. Semax has decades of Russian clinical use; Adamax has none.
Why only a spray?
This seller sells it only as a ready-made nasal mist, the traditional route for Semax-type peptides. There is no powder to mix.
