Key takeaways
- Amino Club just added 16 research products. Twelve are compounds with their own MyPeps pages; four are nasal "Research Mist" versions of peptides we already cover.
- Only a few have real human data: sermorelin, VIP, kisspeptin-10 and ARA-290, plus LL-37 as a topical. Most of the rest rest on cell and animal work, much of it from one lab.
- Every product has a published lab certificate (COA), with purity between 99.1% and 99.9% where a figure is listed. That tells you what is in the vial, not whether it works or is safe.
- None of these is an FDA-approved product as sold. Most are banned in sport.
Amino Club's store now shows a "15+ New Compounds" banner, and the list is longer than the banner says. We went through each one, rated the evidence on the same 1 to 5 scale we use everywhere, and pulled the lab certificate for the lot on sale. Every compound below has its own page on MyPeps.
The short version: the new additions are a mix of old human-studied hormones, small-trial neuropeptides, a Russian "bioregulator" family with almost no outside confirmation, and designer sprays with no studies at all. Treat the evidence ratings as the headline, not the catalog banner.
The ones with real human data
VIP is a natural gut and lung hormone that relaxes blood vessels and calms inflammation. In people, an injected form with phentolamine is licensed in the UK for erectile dysfunction. In a large placebo-controlled trial of intravenous aviptadil (synthetic VIP) in COVID-19 respiratory failure, it did not improve recovery or survival 1. Its use for mold-related illness, usually as a nasal spray, rests on small uncontrolled reports. It breaks down in about two minutes in blood.
ARA-290 (cibinetide) is a short piece of erythropoietin designed to protect tissue without raising red blood cells. In small phase 2 trials in sarcoidosis, it increased corneal nerve fibers in people with nerve damage and pain 2. No phase 3 trial has been completed.
Kisspeptin-10 switches on the reproductive hormone chain. In a small 2011 study of healthy men, kisspeptin-10 raised LH, and a continuous infusion also raised testosterone 3. Our entry rates it 3 of 5: many small physiology studies, no large trial, no approval. WADA has banned it for male athletes.
Sermorelin is the first 29 amino acids of growth-hormone-releasing hormone. It was sold in the US as Geref for children with growth hormone deficiency. In 2013 the FDA determined Geref was not withdrawn from sale for reasons of safety or effectiveness 4. Today it is mostly a compounding-pharmacy product. It has the highest evidence rating of the group, 4 of 5, based on the pediatric data.
Immune and repair: LL-37
LL-37 is the only cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide humans make. It kills bacteria in the lab and breaks up biofilms. In a phase IIb trial of a topical form on hard-to-heal leg ulcers, the result across all patients was not statistically significant, with a benefit reported in a subgroup with large ulcers 5. Nobody has studied it by injection in people, and overactive LL-37 is linked to psoriasis, rosacea and lupus. It was in the FDA's compounding "Category 2" until April 2026, when its nomination was withdrawn 6.
Brain peptides with a single-lab problem
Dihexa is a small angiotensin-derived compound. In rats it improved memory and grew new connections between neurons through the HGF/c-Met system 7, the same growth pathway that drives several cancers. There is no published human trial 8. An FDA advisory committee is due to review it by February 2027 6.
Pinealon and Cartalax are three-amino-acid "bioregulators" from Vladimir Khavinson's group in St. Petersburg, the same program behind Epithalon. Almost all the research on both comes from that group, mainly in cells and animals. There is one small uncontrolled human group for Pinealon and none we can find for Cartalax. We rate them 2 and 1 of 5.
Skin and hair: AHK-Cu
AHK-Cu is a copper tripeptide related to GHK-Cu, sold in hair serums. The main study lengthened isolated human hair follicles and grew dermal papilla cells in the lab 9. No controlled human trial has shown it regrows hair. It is a cosmetic ingredient, not a drug, and is the only compound in this batch that WADA does not list.
Designer sprays: Adamax, Adalank and the blend
Three of the new products are nasal sprays with no published studies on the exact compound. Adamax is Semax with chemical caps on the ends; Adalank is Selank with caps. Both are marketed as longer-lasting, which is unproven. The Selank + Semax + Pinealon spray combines three peptides that were never studied together. Semax and Selank have small Russian clinical studies behind them; Adamax and Adalank inherit that evidence only by assumption. We rate the two caps 1 of 5 and the blend 2.
New mists of familiar peptides
Four more products are nasal Research Mists of peptides we already cover: BPC-157, BPC-157 with TB-500, DSIP and Melanotan II. The evidence ratings on those pages belong to the compounds, mostly from animal work, and do not say the mist form has been tested. Melanotan II also carries regulator warnings about unlicensed tanning products and skin-cancer reports, so that mist is not a milder option.

What the lab certificates show
Each new product has a certificate of analysis on file, and we list them all on our lab reports page 10. Purity ranges from 99.1% (the Adamax mist) to 99.9% (LL-37) where a figure is listed. Every report shows an overall PASS, and Amino Club lists the lab as ISO 17025 accredited. Most compounds have one lot tested so far, and the sprays were also checked by a second lab that reports identity and endotoxin only.
| Compound | Lot | Tested | Purity | Endotoxin |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| LL-37 | LL0001 | Aug 19, 2026 | 99.9% | 0.069 EU/mL |

| Adamax mist | SADM0001 | Aug 20, 2026 | 99.1% | Not listed |
The Melanotan II mist's report lists identity and endotoxin from the second lab but no purity figure. A clean certificate shows the vial matches its label. It does not show the compound works, and it says nothing about safety in people.
The bottom line
Sixteen new products does not mean sixteen new findings. Four have real, if small, human studies; the rest are cell and animal work, one lab's output, or designer variants with no research of their own. The lab certificates are a good sign of quality control, and the evidence ratings are the better guide to what is actually known.
