Metabolic & Weight
Eli Lilly's investigational triple-hormone agonist: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon in one weekly shot.
Metabolic & Weight
A small-molecule NNMT blocker with mouse data only — not actually a peptide.
Retatrutide is not FDA-approved and rated 4/5 for evidence; 5-Amino-1MQ is not FDA-approved and rated 2/5. Retatrutide has more human evidence behind it. Both are banned in sport by WADA. Both are used for metabolic & weight goals.

| How it works | A 39-amino-acid peptide with a C20 fatty-acid chain that binds albumin, giving it a long half-life. It activates GIP and GLP-1 receptors (appetite, insulin release, slower stomach emptying) like tirzepatide, and adds glucagon-receptor activity, which is thought to raise energy use and reduce liver fat. | Inhibits nicotinamide N-methyltransferase (NNMT). Less NNMT activity is thought to preserve NAD+ and SAM (a methyl donor) inside fat cells, nudging them to burn more energy and store less fat. This is based on cell and mouse work. |
