CJC-1295 (no DAC) + Ipamorelin
The classic GH-stimulating pair in one vial.
Overview
Combines a GHRH analog (CJC-1295 without DAC, aka Modified GRF 1-29) with ipamorelin. GHRH raises the amount of GH released; the ghrelin-mimic ipamorelin amplifies the pulse. 'No DAC' means short-acting, closer to natural pulses.
How it works
Two receptors, one pulse: GHRH-receptor stimulation (CJC-1295) plus ghrelin-receptor stimulation (ipamorelin) produces a larger-than-either GH release. Short half-life keeps the pulsatile pattern.
Evidence
3/5
Each component studied in humans for GH release; the combined long-term outcomes data is thin.
Half-life
CJC no-DAC ≈ 30 min; ipamorelin ≈ 2 h
Known as
Modified GRF 1-29 + Ipamorelin, CJC/Ipa blend

| Plan | Dose | Frequency | Duration | Route |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard (per peptide) Typical 100 mcg of each. Bedtime dose is most common; fasted state recommended. | 100 mcg | 1–3× daily | 8–12 weeks | Subcutaneous |

- Doses per vial
- 50
- Vial lasts
- 70 days
- Good once mixed
- ~21 days
- Syringe
- 30-unit, 0.3 mL
The vial outlasts its ~21-day shelf life once mixed. A smaller vial wastes less.
Under 5 units is hard to measure accurately. Add more diluent for an easier draw.
Math only: concentration (mg/mL) = vial mg ÷ mL of water; units = dose (mg) ÷ concentration × 100. Always double-check against your own vial label and a clinician. This tool does not recommend a dose.
Reconstitution
Diluent: Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) — allows multiple draws from one vial.
- Wipe both vial tops with an alcohol swab and let dry.
- Draw the diluent, then inject it slowly down the inside wall of the vial — never straight onto the powder.
- Swirl gently or let it sit; do not shake. Foam can damage peptides.
- Solution should be clear. Cloudy, stringy or discolored = discard.
- Check your vial: total mg may be the sum of both peptides (e.g. 5 mg + 5 mg = 10 mg total). The calculator's dose is total blend, so a '100 mcg of each' dose = 200 mcg here.
- Common mix: 10 mg + 2 mL = 5 mg/mL (200 mcg blend = 4 units).
Storage
Powder
Freezer / fridge
Keep sealed vial in the freezer (−20 °C) for long-term storage; fridge (2–8 °C) is fine for a few weeks. Keep dry and out of light.
After mixing
~21 days
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Never freeze after mixing. Keep upright, capped, and out of light.
Travel
Keep cool
Short trips at room temperature are generally fine for powder; keep mixed vials cold.
- GRF 1-29 is less stable than ipamorelin — use within ~3 weeks.
Side effects & cautions
Reported side effects
- Flushing or head rush
- Water retention
- Tingling or numb hands
- Injection-site redness
Cautions
- Raises IGF-1: avoid with cancer history; monitor blood glucose.
- Do not confuse with CJC-1295 *with* DAC (long-acting, different dosing).
- Prohibited by WADA.
FDA & international status
Not FDA-approved
Neither component is approved. CJC-1295 has been listed among compounding safety concerns. Sold for research use only.
Regulations change often — verify with the FDA, EMA, MHRA, Health Canada, TGA and WADA before acting.

FAQ
Blend or separate vials?
Blend is simpler (one injection). Separate vials let you adjust each dose independently.
What's DAC?
Drug Affinity Complex — makes CJC-1295 last days instead of minutes. 'No DAC' produces natural-looking pulses.
