Metabolic & Weight
A long-acting amylin analog — the 'Cagri' half of CagriSema.
Metabolic & Weight
A growth-hormone fragment developed for obesity — it failed its key trial.
Cagrilintide is not FDA-approved and rated 4/5 for evidence; AOD-9604 is not FDA-approved and rated 3/5. Cagrilintide has more human evidence behind it. Both are banned in sport by WADA. Both are used for metabolic & weight goals.

| How it works | A 37-amino-acid modified amylin analog with a C18 fatty diacid for a long half-life. It activates amylin and calcitonin receptors in the brain, increasing fullness and slowing stomach emptying — a different pathway from GLP-1, which is why the two are combined. | Proposed to stimulate fat breakdown (lipolysis) and block fat storage in fat cells, mimicking a region of GH. It does not raise IGF-1 the way full GH does. Mechanism in humans is not well established. |
