Metabolic & Weight
Eli Lilly's investigational triple-hormone agonist: GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon in one weekly shot.
Metabolic & Weight
A growth-hormone fragment developed for obesity — it failed its key trial.
Retatrutide is not FDA-approved and rated 4/5 for evidence; AOD-9604 is not FDA-approved and rated 3/5. Retatrutide has more human evidence behind it. Both are banned in sport by WADA. Both are used for metabolic & weight goals.

| How it works | A 39-amino-acid peptide with a C20 fatty-acid chain that binds albumin, giving it a long half-life. It activates GIP and GLP-1 receptors (appetite, insulin release, slower stomach emptying) like tirzepatide, and adds glucagon-receptor activity, which is thought to raise energy use and reduce liver fat. | Proposed to stimulate fat breakdown (lipolysis) and block fat storage in fat cells, mimicking a region of GH. It does not raise IGF-1 the way full GH does. Mechanism in humans is not well established. |
