The 'Wolverine stack' in one vial: local and whole-body repair together.
Last reviewed Oct 7, 2026 · How we rate evidence · Report an error
BPC-157 + TB-500, 15 amino acids, 1,419.5 g/mol.
A premixed vial of BPC-157 and TB-500, the most popular recovery pairing. The idea is BPC-157 for local repair and TB-500 for body-wide recovery. Both are backed mostly by animal studies, and the combination itself has never been studied.
BPC-157 appears to boost growth-factor signaling and new blood vessels at injury sites. TB-500 binds actin and helps cells move into damaged tissue. They act on different pathways, which is the rationale for pairing them.

BPC-157 sped tendon and ligament healing in rats.
TB-500/thymosin beta-4 sped muscle and wound repair in animals.

| Plan | Dose | Frequency | Duration | Route |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Community standard Dose is of the total blend. At an equal split, 500 mcg gives about 250 mcg of each. Check the vial label for the split. | 500 mcg | Once daily | 4–6 weeks | Subcutaneous |
| Community higher About 500 mcg of each at an equal split. Take 2–4 weeks off after. | 1 mg | Once daily | 4–6 weeks | Subcutaneous |

At a common mix of 10 mg of BPC-157 + TB-500 in 2 mL of water (5 mg/mL), these commonly reported doses come to the following on a U-100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL). They are examples of the arithmetic, not recommendations.
| Reported plan | Dose | Draw to | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Community standard | 500 mcg | 10 units | 0.1 mL |
| Community higher | 1 mg | 20 units | 0.2 mL |
Concentration (mg/mL) = vial mg ÷ mL of water; units = dose (mg) ÷ concentration × 100. A different vial size or amount of water changes every number above.

Powder
Freezer / fridge
Keep sealed vial in the freezer (−20 °C) for long-term storage; fridge (2–8 °C) is fine for a few weeks. Keep dry and out of light.
After mixing
~28 days
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Never freeze after mixing. Keep upright, capped, and out of light.
Travel
Keep cool
Short trips at room temperature are generally fine for powder; keep mixed vials cold.
Neither part is an approved drug. Both were in FDA compounding Category 2 until April 2026, when their nominations were withdrawn. On July 23, 2026 FDA's compounding advisory committee voted 8–6 to recommend adding each to the 503A bulks list. A recommendation is not approval, and FDA's final decision was pending when this was written.
Regulations change often — verify with the FDA, EMA, MHRA, Health Canada, TGA and WADA before acting.
Separate vials let you dose BPC-157 daily and TB-500 twice weekly, the usual pattern. The blend is simpler but fixes the ratio.
It's community slang for the hoped-for fast healing. It's a nickname, not a claim backed by studies.
Unknown. There is no human data on nasal absorption of either peptide.
It depends on the mix. At a common mix of 10 mg of BPC-157 + TB-500 in 2 mL of water (5 mg/mL), 500 mcg is 10 units (0.1 mL) on a U-100 insulin syringe. The formula is dose in mg ÷ concentration in mg/mL × 100. Change the vial size or water in the calculator and the units update. This is math, not a dose recommendation.
Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) — allows multiple draws from one vial. A common mix is 10 mg + 2 mL, which gives 5 mg/mL. Less water makes a stronger mix and fewer units per dose; more water makes a weaker mix and more units. Pick the amount that lands your dose on an easy-to-read line.
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Never freeze after mixing. Keep upright, capped, and out of light. Plan on about 28 days once it is mixed, and discard it sooner if it turns cloudy or has particles. The calculator shows how long a vial lasts at your dose and flags a vial that outlasts its shelf life.
Evidence rating (2/5): No studies of the combination. Each part is mostly animal data with minimal human work.
