Last reviewed Oct 7, 2026 · How we rate evidence · Report an error
GLOW is a premixed vial of BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu, 70 mg in total. It is marketed for skin and recovery together. No study has ever tested this blend; the case for it is built from each part's own evidence.
BPC-157 supports local repair and blood-vessel growth, TB-500 helps cells move to injured tissue, and GHK-Cu delivers copper and drives collagen signaling. How they act together has not been studied.
Evidence
2/5
No studies of the blend itself. BPC-157 and TB-500 are mostly animal data; GHK-Cu's human data is topical.

GHK-Cu improved skin in small human studies, but those were topical.
BPC-157 and TB-500 sped healing in animal injury models.

| Community standard Dose is of the total blend. If the vial is split 10 mg BPC-157 / 10 mg TB-500 / 50 mg GHK-Cu, 2 mg of blend gives about 285 mcg BPC-157, 285 mcg TB-500 and 1.4 mg GHK-Cu. Check the vial label for the split before dosing. | 2 mg | Once daily | 4–6 weeks | Subcutaneous |

At a common mix of 70 mg of GLOW in 3.5 mL of water (20 mg/mL), these commonly reported doses come to the following on a U-100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL). They are examples of the arithmetic, not recommendations.
| Reported plan | Dose | Draw to | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Community standard | 2 mg | 10 units | 0.1 mL |
| Community cautious start | 1 mg | 5 units | 0.05 mL |
Concentration (mg/mL) = vial mg ÷ mL of water; units = dose (mg) ÷ concentration × 100. A different vial size or amount of water changes every number above.

Powder
Freezer / fridge
Keep sealed vial in the freezer (−20 °C) for long-term storage; fridge (2–8 °C) is fine for a few weeks. Keep dry and out of light.
After mixing
~28 days
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Never freeze after mixing. Keep upright, capped, and out of light.
Travel
Keep cool
Short trips at room temperature are generally fine for powder; keep mixed vials cold.
Neither the blend nor its injectable parts is an approved drug. Sold online as a research chemical.
Regulations change often — verify with the FDA, EMA, MHRA, Health Canada, TGA and WADA before acting.
Usually yes, by weight. Many 70 mg blends are mostly GHK-Cu with smaller amounts of BPC-157 and TB-500, but check your vial label.
KLOW adds KPV for inflammation. If you don't need that, GLOW is the simpler blend.
Unknown. Topical GHK-Cu has the human skin data; injected blends do not.
It depends on the mix. At a common mix of 70 mg of GLOW in 3.5 mL of water (20 mg/mL), 2 mg is 10 units (0.1 mL) on a U-100 insulin syringe. The formula is dose in mg ÷ concentration in mg/mL × 100. Change the vial size or water in the calculator and the units update. This is math, not a dose recommendation.
Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) — allows multiple draws from one vial. A common mix is 70 mg + 3.5 mL, which gives 20 mg/mL. Less water makes a stronger mix and fewer units per dose; more water makes a weaker mix and more units. Pick the amount that lands your dose on an easy-to-read line.
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Never freeze after mixing. Keep upright, capped, and out of light. Plan on about 28 days once it is mixed, and discard it sooner if it turns cloudy or has particles. The calculator shows how long a vial lasts at your dose and flags a vial that outlasts its shelf life.
Evidence rating (2/5): No studies of the blend itself. BPC-157 and TB-500 are mostly animal data; GHK-Cu's human data is topical.
Legal status: Neither the blend nor its injectable parts is an approved drug. Sold online as a research chemical.
