A four-peptide repair blend: GLOW plus the anti-inflammatory KPV.
Last reviewed Oct 7, 2026 · How we rate evidence · Report an error
KLOW is not a single peptide. It is a premixed vial of BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu and KPV, 80 mg in total. Each part has its own (mostly animal) evidence. No study has ever tested this blend, so any benefit is assumed from the parts.
Combines four mechanisms: BPC-157 (local repair and blood-vessel growth), TB-500 (cell migration via actin), GHK-Cu (copper delivery and collagen signaling) and KPV (NF-κB inflammation blocking). Whether they add together, or interfere, has not been studied.
Evidence
2/5
No studies of the blend itself. Rated no higher than its weakest core parts (BPC-157, TB-500, KPV are mostly animal data).
Half-life
Mixed: each component differs; all are short-acting signals

Mostly animal dataMost of the evidence is from animal or cell studies, with tiny or uncontrolled human reports at most.
No studies of the blend itself. Rated no higher than its weakest core parts (BPC-157, TB-500, KPV are mostly animal data). How we rate evidence
BPC-157 and TB-500 sped tendon, muscle and wound healing in animals.
GHK-Cu has small human studies, but those were topical, not injected.
KPV reduced gut inflammation in mice.
Users like one injection instead of four. Results are self-reported.
“Anecdotal” means reported by users, not shown in controlled trials. Sources

| Plan | Dose | Frequency | Duration | Route |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Community standard Dose is of the total blend. If the vial is split 10 mg BPC-157 / 10 mg TB-500 / 50 mg GHK-Cu / 10 mg KPV, 2 mg of blend gives about 250 mcg BPC-157, 250 mcg TB-500, 1.25 mg GHK-Cu and 250 mcg KPV. Check the vial label for the split before dosing. | 2 mg | Once daily | 4–6 weeks | Subcutaneous |
| Community cautious start Half dose to see how you tolerate the GHK-Cu sting. | 1 mg | Once daily | 1–2 weeks, then reassess | Subcutaneous |

At a common mix of 80 mg of KLOW in 4 mL of water (20 mg/mL), these commonly reported doses come to the following on a U-100 insulin syringe (100 units = 1 mL). They are examples of the arithmetic, not recommendations.
| Reported plan | Dose | Draw to | Volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| Community standard | 2 mg | 10 units | 0.1 mL |
| Community cautious start | 1 mg | 5 units | 0.05 mL |
Concentration (mg/mL) = vial mg ÷ mL of water; units = dose (mg) ÷ concentration × 100. A different vial size or amount of water changes every number above.

Powder
Freezer / fridge
Keep sealed vial in the freezer (−20 °C) for long-term storage; fridge (2–8 °C) is fine for a few weeks. Keep dry and out of light.
After mixing
~28 days
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Never freeze after mixing. Keep upright, capped, and out of light.
Travel
Keep cool
Short trips at room temperature are generally fine for powder; keep mixed vials cold.
Neither the blend nor any of its injectable parts is an approved drug. GHK-Cu is sold in topical cosmetics, which is a separate thing. Sold online as a research chemical.
Regulations change often — verify with the FDA, EMA, MHRA, Health Canada, TGA and WADA before acting.
KLOW is GLOW (BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu) plus KPV, an anti-inflammatory fragment. That adds 10 mg to the vial if KPV is 10 mg of it.
It is more convenient, but you lose control. Separate vials let you dose each peptide on its own schedule. No study compares the two.
GHK-Cu is the most likely cause, and it makes up the biggest share of the vial. More diluent or a slower injection can help.
It depends on the mix. At a common mix of 80 mg of KLOW in 4 mL of water (20 mg/mL), 2 mg is 10 units (0.1 mL) on a U-100 insulin syringe. The formula is dose in mg ÷ concentration in mg/mL × 100. Change the vial size or water in the calculator and the units update. This is math, not a dose recommendation.
Bacteriostatic water (0.9% benzyl alcohol) — allows multiple draws from one vial. A common mix is 80 mg + 4 mL, which gives 20 mg/mL. Less water makes a stronger mix and fewer units per dose; more water makes a weaker mix and more units. Pick the amount that lands your dose on an easy-to-read line.
Refrigerate at 2–8 °C. Never freeze after mixing. Keep upright, capped, and out of light. Plan on about 28 days once it is mixed, and discard it sooner if it turns cloudy or has particles. The calculator shows how long a vial lasts at your dose and flags a vial that outlasts its shelf life.
Evidence rating (2/5): No studies of the blend itself. Rated no higher than its weakest core parts (BPC-157, TB-500, KPV are mostly animal data).
Legal status: Neither the blend nor any of its injectable parts is an approved drug. GHK-Cu is sold in topical cosmetics, which is a separate thing. Sold online as a research chemical.
